The raging COVID-19 pandemic is in its third year of global impact. The SARS CoV 2 virus has a high rate of spread, protean manifestations, and a high morbidity and mortality in individuals with predisposing risk factors. The pathophysiologic mechanisms involve a heightened systemic inflammatory state, cardiometabolic derangements, and varying degrees of glucose intolerance. The latter can be evident as significant hyperglycemia leading to new -onset diabetes or worsening of preexisting disease. This study compared differences in the presence of post-COVID symptoms among vaccinated and non-vaccinated COVID-19 survivors requiring hospitalization due to the Delta (B.1.617.2) variant. This cohort study included hospitalized subjects who had survived SARS-CoV-2 infection (Delta variant) from July to August 2021 in an urban hospital in Madrid, Spain. Individuals were classified as vaccinated if they received full administration (i.e., two doses) of BNT162b2 (“Pfizer-BioNTech”) vaccines. Other vaccines were excluded. Le tourisme en général, l’œnotourisme en particulier, a vécu une situation et une crise sans précédent avec la pandémie du Covid 19 et un confinement de plusieurs mois, puis des mesures sanitaires restrictives de 2020 à 2022, en France comme à travers le monde. Un arrêt brutal des activités avant de retrouver une respiration incertaine selon les destinations touristiques. Au printemps 2022, alors que la situation sanitaire s’améliore, le spectre du COVID rôde encore et celui de la guerre d’Ukraine ajoute au trouble sur la scène internationale.
